Book 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for summer weekends, graduation season and holidays. Water slides and combo bouncers are usually the first rentals to sell out.

Yes. Jumping Jenny's carries $1 million in liability insurance and every inflatable is state-licensed and inspected in Ohio. We can send insurance documentation within 24 hours for schools, churches and parks.

If Weather.com forecasts a 50% or greater chance of rain, you can cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and receive a rain check for a future date. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a gift certificate for a school, charity or another customer.

We deliver across Trumbull County, Ohio — Warren, Niles, Howland, Cortland, Girard, Hubbard, Liberty Township and Brookfield plus nearby towns like Champion, Bazetta, Vienna and Newton Falls — and to Sharon, Hermitage, Sharpsville, Greenville and Mercer in Pennsylvania.

Yes — a water source and a garden hose long enough to reach the setup area. If no hose is available at delivery we can't test the unit, and a return trip for troubleshooting may carry an extra travel fee.

Only while it's in use. A blower keeps the unit inflated; unplugged, it deflates. You'll need a standard outlet within 50 feet of the setup spot, or add a generator to your order.

Yes, at approved public parks in our service area. Many parks don't have electricity, so a generator is usually needed. Call (330) 717-8996 before booking so we can confirm the park and power plan.

Cash and credit cards. If you're paying cash, please have exact change ready — our drivers don't carry cash for security reasons.

Every unit is cleaned with commercial vinyl cleaner, disinfected and sanitized after each rental, then inspected before it goes back out.
